If our stock heaters do not fit your application, we can also manufacture the heater you need with the following features:
Diameters:
We can manufacture heaters with 1/2”, 5/8” or 3/4 diameter on 304 Stainless Steel Sheath.
Lead Wire

| SJO Cord | 90°C | Rubber Jacket, Resistant to oil and moisture. |
Thermocouples
| Thermocouple (TC) may be added externally to the outlet of the heater for temperature control. |  |
Brass or Stainless Steel NPT Fittings
| Brass or S/S NPT fittings may be added to the inlet and/or outlet of the heater. |  |
Tee
| For applications where the inlet air cannot be straight, we can provide a 90° angle inlet. |  |
