Industrial Thermocouples

Low cost industrial thermocouples and RTDs are availble in a variety of configurations an types. Types J, K, T, 2 wire, and 3 wire RTDs are standard.

Other types are available. Marathon has a large inventory of stock thermocouples for immediate delivery.

	Adjustable Depth Thermocouples with stainless steel armor available to fit standard bayonet probe or in metric sizes.
	Adjustable Depth Thermocouples with stainless steel braid available to fit standard bayonet probe or in metric sizes.
	Fixed Depth Thermocouples in straight, 45 degree, and 90 degree configurations.
	Washer style thermocouples are great for surface mounting with just a screw. Available in 3/16” and 5/16” diameters.
	Hose clamp thermocouples are an easy way to measure pipe and cylinder temperatures. Available in 9 different sizes to fit 3/8” to 6-1/2” diameters.
	Nissei nozzle thermocouples to fit 30, 40, and 50 mm diameter nozzles. 40mm diameter will also fit a 1.5” diameter nozzle.
	Shallow nozzle thermocouples with 1/4-28 UNF thread.
	Shim style thermocouples are great for inserting between 2 surfaces. Ideal to place between a band heater and the barrel. 1” x 3/4” pad size.
	Newbury nozzle thermocouples are 1” long below the 90° bend and 1/8” diameter.
	Bendable probe sensors are available in 1/8” and 3/16” diameters. 6” and 12” lengths are standard. 1/8” NPT compression fitting
